Everyone is well and whole as we are in our 2nd week with little Sully Jay. 15 days post birth he weighs 8 pounds 10 ounces… growing bigger and stronger everyday! Kiera took her first steps post cast on Sunday and continues to walk more and more. She is excited to tell Dr. Gordon that she “has been a good girl” and tat her leg “is getting grande strong”. Seeing her gain her independence back is a beautiful thing. Today she exclaimed that she was happy that she doesn’t walk like a penguin anymore!
Tonight at dinner she was being a bit too silly. She decided that she was a robot- Martin told her that he would just “turn her robot button off”. After a moment to ponder, she said “well I don’t have an off button, only an on button, sorry papa.” Too cute!
