It is the middle of February and there is hardly any snow. WHAT?!?! It is darn right eerie and I don’t like it one bit!

Kiera is practicing her letters and numbers. We are taking it slow and following her lead.

She is also quite keen on having Martin brush her hair nightly.

A taste of the rainbow.

Prepping cards for Grandma Lori’s 56th birthday.

Sully is on a french fry kick. Martin made these ones the night prior. I think we will be planting a lot of potatoes this spring!

Katy, Sami, and I— a quick bite to eat at Old Chicago at the beginning of the semester.

Great Grandma Ruth (88) and Grandpa Warren (89) at their place of residence in Eden Prairie.

Great Aunt Nancy

Documents I came up with while researching my heritage for my multicultural class.

Grandma Lori’s birthday weekend.

Birthday breakfast!

The pizza tradition continues.

Ice skating and ice skating and MORE ice skating! Ella and Kiera.

Sully pre hair cut.

Half way done.

Admiring the fine Adeline work.

Our buddies T and Morley. They are awesome!

Well, this is really how it goes…!

Bummer. Super soft enamel + a two year old = dental reconstruction (capped teeth) + general anesthesia = grateful for health insurance.

My new kick— homemade granola (or granilla as Sully calls it).

Playtime with church friend Anna.

Proud of Valentine gifts from Grandma Lori.

Sleepover time with Ella!

Sully was taking pictures of me while he was on the toilet “waiting” (A.K.A. stalling for bed).
It is Valentine’s Day tomorrow. Homeschool gathering out of Janette Pollay Girl Scout Camp followed by Kiera’s yoga class and heart shaped pizza, jello, and rice krispy bars! It will be a day filled with extra special loving!
